Burned Out Liquor Store
September 5, 2011
COLD Blast got the call from a general contractor, when vandals burned out a liquor store in Ft. Smith, AR.
The rafters of the building needed to be restored and quickly. The store owner wanted to get the store open before the holidays kicked into gear. We cleaned / restored over 5800sqft of smoke-damaged rafters in only twenty hours, with just one machine!
Two days after we were done, the contractor sent in a team to seal the wood. They didn't need to sand or otherwise prep the wood.

...and after...

Love to see the process in action! Such an immediate difference!!

Side-by-side...done and not done...
This was a fun restoration project. The contractor was happy and the customer was VERY happy!! Cheers!
